Edinburgh Studio Birthday Photo Shoot Party Terms and Conditions

• By booking your Birthday party, you agree to abide by Klaklak Photography’s terms and conditions.
• Photoshoot Birthday Parties are for girls aged 7 to 16 years only
• Dates and Time are allocated on a first-come, first served basis. 
• A booking becomes confirmed only once the booking fee  amount has been paid.
• Booking Fees are non refundable unless a party is cancelled more than 8 weeks before the party date – in which case a 50% cancellation fee shall apply.
• Booking Fees are payable by credit/debit card, or cheque. Please do not send cash through the post.
• The booking fee paid is the basis of the contract between you and Klaklak Photography Ltd. Please ensure that all of the relevant details for your party are correct.
• The maximum amount of guests including the birthday person is 8.
• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by at least one adult at all times.
• You can provide food, soft drinks only and cake if required. 
• Klaklak Photography will provide a dedicated professional photographer.
• Klaklak Photography will provide a secure online private gallery to select photographs.
• Klaklak Photography will provide four 8x6” photographs in a strut mount for the birthday girl.
• Klaklak Photography will provide one 8x6” group photograph in a strut mount for each birthday guest.
• Additional prints will be available to purchase at a discounted rate of £20 each for an 5x7” print.
• All additional prints must be paid for in advance by credit/debit card and collected from our studio.
• The full £250 party price is required to confirm the booking.
• If you are late for your time slot, this may shorten the time allowed in the studio.
• Klaklak Photography Ltd will not accept any responsibility for claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or liability of any kind whatsoever arising, suffered from in connection with the booking.
